Issues with Missing Record of APs

I'm getting ready for a day-trip next weekend on my family's APs. We should have valid APs through December, but none of our APs except my mother's (hers doesn't expire until March) are showing up online. Disney also didn't charge me my monthly fee (we shouldn't be paid off until November). I still have my hard tickets, but I'm concerned that some glitch cancelled my passes. Any ideas what could be happening? Has this happened to anyone else?
 
You should give them a call. Did the credit card it is being charged to recently expire? Meaning you need to update the expiration date for the charge to go through.

They'll send you an email and call you if your CC doesn't go through. I know this because my card got cancelled because of a security breach, and my payment was due before the new card was issued. Yikes. I do not want anything messing with my AP. :)
 
Thanks! I never received an email, but I did call them and updated my credit card. I forgot that I had been the victim of credit fraud and apparently never called to update. I'm hoping it doesn't mess anything up though. My passes still don't register as existing on the website even though the person I spoke with said everything should be good to go. Fingers crossed nothing is screwed up.
