Issue with selecting dining times on MDE?

I am only able to select 'lunch' or 'dinner' for restaurants. Usually I am able to use the drop down menu and select the exact time I am hoping to acquire a reservation for.

Is this a new change? I am being given a time of 1:50 lunch when we prefer to eat early- and it's not a popular restaurant or time to visit. There are tables for 14 available as well for earlier. We are a party of 3.

Anyone else having this problem?
And why can't I still reserve the plaza? No tables for my entire trip?

The site has been unbelievably buggy for the last two days, WAY more than its usual amount of bugginess that is. You just have to keep trying and keep refreshing or call up. Last night I had MK and 4 resorts chosen and there supposedly no ADR's for dinner at all, in any restaurant at any time. Now today there are plenty.
