Issue booking tickets?

I’ve been trying to book tickets for our upcoming trip in September since yesterday and keep getting this error message no matter what I do. Anyone else having issues?

Have you managed to buy them yet? What error message were you getting and what device were you using to try to buy? Someone mentioned there was an app update last week. Looks like I can buy on the website using my desktop computer.

Ah.. I hate to say that it was actually a user error... haha. I panicked. But I figured it out, thanks!
