ISO sunshade/tent to use on a sidewalk waiting for concert venue

DH and DD18 are lining up alllll day for entrance to a concert venue on a sidewalk. i wanted to get them a small tent of sorts that was super easy to take down and put away(I will pickup before concert so they dont' have to take it in with them!)....Not sure if I can stake anything down etc - sidwalk? Looking for something small and just a way to not sit on the dirty sidewalk and get a little protection if they need it. Any suggestions? thanks!

I saw that plow and hearth has chairs with a sunshade. They looked like they just fold up and go, maybe something like that would work?

Look at the Sport-brella. They can hold it like a regular umbrella if it violates the policy of the venue. At many places you can't erect any kind of structure, including a pop-up sunshade or sometimes even a chair. For the ground I'd probably use beach towels that they can fold up for padding. I have a canvas backed blanket that folds in on itself, but usually bring a towel for padding. I also have one of those folding things that looks like a stadium seat cushion, but the corners are attached and the back had metal rods so it's a camp chair that fits on the ground. I'd used that on a towel for padding. But at some places the metal rods have been an issue.
