ISO Male Disney character in martial arts suit

Hi! My son will be having his 4th birthday at a Tae Kwon Do studio. I would love to make him a T-shirt using a male Disney character (Mickey, Donald, Goofy) with the words It's My 4th Birthday! Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.
