Hi Everyone. We're finally getting close (well, within a month) to setting up ADRS and I want to get the "okay" from all you DISers out there :flower: I've spent hour upon hour working this out but don't let that deter you from pointing out better suggestions. For the record, I really, really, really wish I knew park hours and EMH hours but.... I think I'm going to post same questions regarding parks on the Attractions threads.

Thanksgiving Day, 11/24: Chef Mickey's 5:30

Friday: Boma after a day at AK

Saturday: Ahhhh, Monorail Drink-a-thon NIght, kids at Neverland Club 6-9 with dinner there, probably do lunch ESPN or Brewery at BW to get a head-start on MDT and split CS at Pepper Market when we return.

Sunday: WCC 6:30

Monday: MK day; splitting up, 2 of us at CRT for late lunch, 2 of us at LTT for early dinner

Tuesday: MK day; Ohana at 6:30 for bday celebration for 7 yo

Wednesday: Epcot: San Angel at 7

Thursday: MGM; Mama Melrose at 5:30 before Fantasmic (might do Sci-Fi at 11 for lunch as well -- do you think this is too much? -- considering sharing one adult TS between 2 adults but having kids use their credits

Friday: Favorite park by vote; Lecellier at 7 if Epcot (my choice of favorite park) and Kona at 7 in case we don't agree on Epcot -- will have to cancel one obviously.

Saturday: No ADRS necessary, but plan to use leftover CS at Earl of Sandwich to take sandwiches on the flight home to Boston.

SO..... TIA. Please, any and all suggestions are welcome. ::MinnieMo

i think the day at mgm w/the 2 meals~fantasmic and sci-fi might be a bit much. LTT for lunch is an excellent choice. hope this helps, enjoy!! :earboy2:

Thanks Disney Queen -- that was the one I was most concerned with. We really want to try Sci-Fi but want more of a dinner for dinner. Thought the adults would share at Sci-Fi, do you think this will help? I just keep hearing about the burgers and shakes and onion rings, Oh My!

We also chose to double up on our MGM day - early lunch at Sci-Fi, then 50's PTC for dinner.

We won't be using credits for Sci-Fi, and just plan on ordering a sandwich or something. For us, that one will be more about the experience than the food. It's also about the sub-par counter service in general at MGM.

Looks like great choices otherwise - I'm sure you'll have a magical time eating around the World.

N.E.D.

I don't agree that sci-fi and fantasmic package are too much-- Unless you usually only eat once a day at home. Just don't stuff yourself at lunch--Sharing a burger, onion rings and shake between two adults sound like a great plan (unless one of the adults in like my DH- in which case good luck at getting more than one bite of that "shared" burger.......)

Well, it's good to hear that people have been there, done that :cool1: I never miss a meal myself unfortunately :rotfl2: so splitting lunch should do the trick. Thanks for your input. Brenda

We wanted to experience Sci-Fi and have a 12:50 ADR and then a 4:10 (Fantasmic) ADR at Hollywood and Vine in August. The latter was the latest we could get. We are probably going to have only appetizers and dessert at Sci Fi, since we don't want to be too full for dinner. We are still going to try and get a later H & V ADR once we are there if possible.

Have you tried recently to get a later H&V time? I would try now since with the crowds it might be impossible to get anything different in August once you are there. They do release later times after 30 days out.

I tried to get a later ADR just this morning. I was told that they still don't have anything and to check back. She said that they try and seat "Fantasmic" diners on off times since they are guaranteed seats for Fantasmic. She suggested I try when we are down there 2 days beforehand. It may just work out though if we can get in H&V on time and out within an hour, we can see the parade. It's our only scheduled day at MGM and we don't want to miss it.
