isn't today supposed to be the start of the new disney rewards program?

I got the e-mail yesturday that the new site was going to start today at 9am. Well I went to it right now and it looks the same. Do I have the wrong link? What is everyone else doing? Should I do this today?Thanks!!

I received 2 emails, one with all the info and then one that simply said www.disneyawards.net , this is where the new May test drive is located (which is open to the public, you can alos go there to register-- they still need about 90 people)
