We were caught in a downpour in AK a few years ago as well. It just happened after my son and I went on Kali River Rapids twice in a row so we were pretty soaked from that. We then decided to head out of the park since it was a half an hour before closing and it looked like it was going to rain soon. So as soon as we started to get close to the trams it POURED!! We just had to laugh as we saw people scrambling for their ponchos and covering their heads with their maps (Like that was going to do anything)
So the three of us just shrugged it off like "screw it, were all ready beyond wet at this point."
It did make for a very steamy car ride back as we had already missed one tram and had to wait for another.
Also my son is 7 and he LOVES talking about poop too so you may be hearing about it for a while
Not sure what it is about kids and poop but it is so fascinating to them.
