Island Garden View in Waianae Tower?

I see that the 1BR Island Garden rooms in the Waianae Tower are located here. We usually request (and receive) a high floor in the Ewa Tower, over the valet parking deck/conference center, which is nice, as we don't care about a Luau Lawn view. I'm thinking of mixing it up some next time and requesting high floor (I know they only go up to 7) since we like the Wailana Pool, and it's closer to the parking deck (we always get a car). How are the views from here? Any pros/cons to this section?

I had an ocean view in a similar area and loved it.
