Is your Credit Card charged if you have an ADR for 3, but only 2 are able to show-up?

There is a slight possibility that this could happen based on a flight.
I have an ADR for 3, but due to a flight situation, there is a possibility that our 3rd guest may be unable to make the ADR. Will we be charged if that happens?
