Is touringplans right about MVMCP waits/FP recs?

We're staying offsite next month so my FP window just opened up this morning. Everything I've read says to save my FP for after 4pm when the MVMCP crowds show up, but according to touringplans that's not valid. It's predicting incredibly low wait times (single digits) for most rides and says to use the passes in the morning. Could that possibly be true? I've had good luck with these plans in the past but haven't ever been on a party day.

Right now I have these, based on their recs:
Space Mtn 12pm
Pirates 1pm
Small World 2:15pm

So none after 4pm gate time and that feels WEIRD. Will I really have luck getting more for later in the day after I use the above?

(important side note - not arriving to the park until 11am that day so we're only there 11-7pm - if we even make it that long due to early morning flights!)

I think I would keep what you have. You will probably be able to get FP+ after your 2:15 one, but no way of knowing what your selection will be. The park will become VERY crowded from 4:00 on with party guests arriving. That coupled with the tiredness from your early morning flight may send you "home" and then you wouldn't use any FP+ if you schedule them for that time.

I'm looking at posted wait times for that day on TP.com. While projected wait times after 4 aren't what I'd call short, they're generally shorter than what you'll encounter when you arrive and until 4. So if I were a late arriver, I'd probably use my FPs earlier in the day, too. Then you can go for subsequent FPs after you use your 3, or plan on doing attractions which will have shorter wait times at that time.
