Is Three Broomsticks open during early entry for Breakfast?

If you are staying onsite and get into WWOHP will the Three Broomsticks be open for breakfast??

Only if you have the reservation thru the package. We asked them one morning if they were allowing those without ressies to have breakfast for cash, and they said that they were near capacity with reservations each morning and they weren't doing that at this time.
