Hi All, I'm shipping some baby supplies down. I want to make sure I have the correct address for BWV.

Then at the top I put my name, confirmation and then arrival date?
Right?

Like many things, they are not always consistent in charging it. BCV at first asked for it from me, when I mentioned what it was (upon pickup) they waived the fee. No tip was accepted either.
