Is this price good for Windsor Hills?

I don't know which way is up or down when planning for our first Disney trip... we initially had a week open for our trip (Feb 18 to 26, 2012) and were given a quote for 4 nights (Feb 22-26) for a 3 bedroom in Windsor Hills with tax and cleaning for the 4 nights for $497.20 ($110 per night).

Is this a good, bad, average price? I feel like I'm so unprepared to negotiate or look for deals- sort of like buying a car, ya know?

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks friends!

We stayed in Windsor Hills. We rented a nice 3 br and got an off season discount (October). It came to $90 night (tax and cleaning included). We were there for 5 nights. We rented through the Magic Rentals or Magic Villas. I'd rent through them again.

We love Dave at www.vacationcentralflorida.com we booked a 3 brd condo 6/4-6/11 for $299 plus taxes and cleaning fees. Can't remember the exact cost but it was just over $400 for the 7 nights. We love the 3bdr @ WH. They are huge and accomodating.

Hi:
I think it's a fair price. Is it a townhouse with a splashpool or a condo? We had a 3 bedroom townhouse with the pool over Easter and paid $600 for 4 nights. Yes, it was peak time but I suspect that the week you are going will be busy too! Most of the New England states have off that week.

it looks like a week in February would only be $495. And that would include tax, etc!
345 euros = $495 US.

Super nice. Well stocked. Out the back door is path to the community pool. It's like 1 building over so perfect.

The 3rd bedroom with 2 twins is small but close to MBR, good for little ones. The back bedroom is super big. You could bring air mattress or sleeping bags and put older kids in there.

I would shoot him a message and see what you might work out. Grab it if it works.

Good luck.

Trish

We stayed in a 3 br condo for 5 nts the last week of March for $582. Go over to the Orlando board for lots more info on WH. I love it there.

Sorry, I didn't mention that this was for the townhouse with splash pool. DD absolutely loved having her own pool.

You can easily get a hotel near Disney World in the price range lesser than mentioned but the expenses can rise due to transit costs. In case you are going to rent a car there then it is better to stay outside in a nearby hotel at cheaper price. There are also some hotels outside Disney that offer free shuttle services so the best bet is to search a hotel outside Disney that also offers free shuttle services if you are not renting a car.
