To take a Birthday Card to city hall and get them to get the characters to sign it? I was thinking of doing this in Sept and then give it to DD on her Birthday or if we go 2 weeks later for her Birthday treat at DLH, and give it to her then?
If i wrapped up a few gifts and gave reception the card(thats if city hall can get it signed) and gifts will they be able to leave it in the room so when DD arrives she will see them and think that "the mouse & minnie" have left her belated birthday presents?

I'm sure if you contact the hotel beforehand thay will arrange something for you free of charge, I did this for my DS's birthday at NPB. I called to see if I could pay to have something special in the room, but instead they told me to ring a few days before, I did and when we arrived the room was full of balloons, DS had a card signed by the characters, an autograph book and pen, I was very impressed.

I already brought her the Cinderella & Aristocats on dvd today for her Birthday Im very well organised haha.

If i cant do it this year, will be my plan for her birthday next year. Fingers crossed for this year tho
