Is this on the DDP?

I was just reading on WDWinfo about the DDP. There was a topic "Disney Dining Plan For Kids" and under it was the pirate cruise. Can you use the DDP credits for this? My boys will be doing this cruise and I am just wondering if the DDP pays for it. I was planning to pay OOP.

This wouldn't be part of the dining plan. The dining plan is for table service meals, quick service meals and a snack. This is a special activity.
