Is this Nassau's rainy season, or what???

I started looking at the Weather Channel's (online) 10-day and month forecasts. It seems to be thunderstorms every day. My day there (6/27) is down for a 60% chance as of today. I know that the forecast changes every day as time draws closer, but now I'm getting worried. Even if we were staying on the ship to sun/swim, (and we're not) that would put a damper on things.

Isn't it always rainy in the summer? That's why we cruise October - February and for our 7/06 cruise we fully expect the weather to be hot and crappy.

It is th rainy season. We're going June 30, and the forecast concerns me too. It doesn't look too promising. I'm thinking that the forecast does not mean rain all day. Probably like other tropical climates with a quick shower and then it's over for a few hours anyway. Just keeping my fingers crossed for one good day!
