Is this doable? Dinner Calif Grill 5:30 then Wishes Dessert Party? And how do..

If we make a reservation 5:30 or 6:00 for California Grill, do you think we can make it to the Wishes Dessert Party on time? Do they hold your table until you're there at a certain time? How far ahead can you book the dessert party and do you do that online?

It is doable because the wishes dessert typically seats from 7:30 to 8:30 I believe. You will be assigned a time. Last year you were able to book betwee 3-5 months ahead of time, there is a thread on here where people will announce when certain months open.

My only recommendation is that most people eat at the California Grill to have the opportunity to watch the fireworks from there. If you can, book the dessert party for a second night of your trip so you can get both experiences.

I second the "do both" recommendation. Also, I think California Grill is closed for refurbishment until the fall.

Sorry I realized I didn't answer everything, yes I believe they will hold the table for you. You prepay and the tables a pre assigned just like hoop dee doo.

Thanks all! We're not going until October so I think CG will be open by then. I've seen Wishes from CG before and it is really nice but I like to see them up close too. We're planning on 3 evenings MK. 1. After the CG dinner (1st night) 2. After Narcoossee's dinner. 3. For the MNSSHP so don't want to do it then. Which of the other two nights would you think would be best? After Narcoossee's? I'd have to miss their cheesecake! lmao I guess I could get it to go and take my own dessert to the dessert party! yeeeeeeeeeeeeee
