Is this BWI rate a good deal?

I have an email pin rate and got a reservation for POR for $79. and then found out I needed to change the dates but POR isn't available then.
They quoted me $244.19 including tax at the BWI. Is this really a good deal? I really didn't want to spend that much but I like the idea of staying in the Boardwalk area. We've stayed at the BC and liked it.

Yes, that is a good deal. The AP rate at BWI is $260.91 including tax. Rack rate is $372.41 including tax.
