Is this an okay time for PSB?

I made an ADR for the Princess Storybook Breakfast at 10:15 (because this historically has been an early entrance day for Epcot and we could do a ride or 2 before heading to breakfast). I looked on allearsnet and saw that breakfast runs until 10:10. Lunch doesn't start until 11:20. We definitely want breakfast food. What do you think? I really want the extra time in the a.m. to get Test Track or Soarin' into the schedule. AHHHH...the pressure!

We just ate there last month at 10:15 and we got breakfast no problem and they didnt rush us or anything.
