Is this a good rental car rate for mid Sept?

I've been booking and rebooking my rental car for our 11 day mid Sept trip. The best rate I have found for a full size is with Enterprise, for 318, or Alamo for 324. I'm leaning towards Alamo, due to the scathing Enterprise reviews on this board. This is double what I have paid in the past several years for the same time period. I know those rates are a thing of the past, but can I do better for Sept? I'm considering Priceline for the first time, but am afraid of an offsite rental agency, since we have a dinner ADR 2 hours after the plane lands. Also nervous if there is a hurricane and we are put on a later flight, will we lose all our $? Should I just be content with what I have?

Try Dollar without using any codes or coupons. They seem to have good rates for our 10 day september stay.

you can go nuts trying to do better, but sometimes you just have to say, i will be content with this and not waste hours to save 10 bucks.

I think for the price, you have a pretty good deal. My rate for mid Sept for 7 days is $255 with National.

PS: When I typed in the codes it mentioned that the renter might need to present the coupon at the time of rental. So, I guess I would find online where the coupons are and print them off.
