Is this a good rate for AKL Concierge?

I just got an AP rate of $322.46 per night end of Aug & beg of Sept. Is that a decent rate?

Not knowing rack rates, but knowing what other concierge rates are, that sounds pretty good. I mean, I thinkg Savannah View rack rate (not concierge) is something like $289.

Yes it is I have a rate of $329 for Memorial Day wkend and that is also an AP rate.
