I checked on the Snow White Package through DC and it comes with the fall Fantasy as well. So, for 5 nights, 2 people, it was 1,102 for Paradise Pier and 1,534 for the Grand Californian for DD view. I thought it included alot of extra things, but since I have never been there before I was not sure if it was a good price. Any info would be sooo appreciated!!

I am going to make some assumptions that you will not be traveling over a hoilday and are getting 5 day Hoppers. If so, then Yes, this is a very good price :) You would be paying about $300 more with the regular Resort Magic package!

Have a great time!

Just my opinion, but it seems a little high. We booked the Fall Getaway package at the Grand Californian for $994 total, includes 4 nights standard view, 4 day hoppers, magic feature, ESPN card, pin/lanyard, etc. I know that you are staying for 5 nights, but one more night couldn't be that much could it? Do the math and make sure that the Snow White features are worth the extra $$.

I think knowing the travel dates is very important in determing if your price is a good one! Will you be there over a weekend or Holiday? Do you have 4 or 5 day passes. Are there any meals included? Transportation? Your view also makes a difference.

It is hard to compare without knowing a lot of the specifics of your particular package.

this is my first time on this board, first time to DL and I need your help :):). I will try to give you as many specifics without really knowing what I am talking about LOL! First travel dates are Oct.10th to 15th. 5 nights over a weekend. It will be me my DD(brought the package up to 1721.25) and DS who has Down Syndrome and thinks Snow White is his girlfriend (the reason for the interest in this package was a birthday present for him). It included 4 day hopper(that is what she said), Downtown Disney view at the Grand Californian (all that was available),the regular travel package (what Peter Pan Fan has) and the Snow White package which is..the special screening of Snow White, snack buffet, autographs with her(that would take up our Sunday), DVD and autographed poster. I think I covered all of it, if not I will try to list more, but I have no idea how to price it out seperately. Thanks for your help, I am a WDW pro but this caught me off guard. I had a trip all set for his B-Day to WDW until I saw this and figured I was already paying $1200 just for our room. Thanks Again :):)

LvsTnk: Based on your son and his love for Snow White, then I would say the extra features are worth it for you & your family! :)

Whatever you choose to do...have a great trip!

My travel dates are near yours (Oct. 8-Oct 12), so I'll give you my pricing just so you have something to compare your package quotes with. These prices are through Dreams Unlimited, with a Disney Club discount. Based on the quotes I got from the official Disneyland site, I am saving about $300, maybe more.

I am staying for 4 nights at the Grand Californian, theme park view with 2 adults and 4-day hopper pass, Fall Getaway Package, and the total cost is $1256 (details are listed below).

I originally had a Resort Magic Package for 3 nights and 3-day hoppers for $1160. It would have included the same basic features as the Fall Getaway.

My Fall Getaway Package includes (again, for 2 adults):
4 nights theme park view Grand Californian for the price of 3 nights ($295-$335 plus tax per night for this view)
4-day hopper passes for 2 adults for the price of 3-day hoppers ($111 each, plus tax)
Resort Character breakfast for 2 (normally it would be a Magic Morning breakfast which is basically counter-service. I paid $11 more per person for this upgrade.)
$10 ESPN game card
pin and lanyard
$5.75 per night resort fee (parking, newspaper, local phone calls, etc.)
taxes

I'm probably forgetting something, but that's the basics with this package! Personally, unlike WDW, I think DL packages usually at least "break even," if not come out ahead. However, you do need to take into consideration whether you'll be using all the features in the package. I'm not sure what's in the Snow White package, but I also feel that if it'll create great memories for your child, that it's worth it!

Have a great time!
