Is this a good deal - WDW pkg

I not sure if this is the right area for a post of this nature.
We planned our vacation (August,2005) with WDW direct, POR, 4 days with 2 day base tickets, Magic Your Way Dining. The total vacation is 2,537 for a family of 6; 2 adults, 4 boys (8,9,12,14). After reading many threads, I'm wondering about the cost. Is this a good deal?

Do I read correctly that you are only going to the parks for 2 days?

I didn't think they allowed 6 people to stay in one room at Por. Do They? Or did you reserve 2 rooms?

This does not include airfare. We have 2 rooms. Initially, there were only 5 of us and my mom decided to join us; reason for 2 rooms.
