Is this a good airfare?

I found a fare on Southwest of $99 one-way Austin--Orlando, then $139 Orlando-Austin, for the first week of December. Does this seem like a good fare? Its cheaper than any other airline I've looked at so far. Also, we have enough Southwest Rapid Rewards for two free tickets, so we would only have to buy two more. However, it seems I've seen fares around $59-$79 one way Austin-Orlando. Can I do better, or should I just grab those?
