It is my families first trip to Disney World for a vacation. We have 2 girls ages 5 & 8 and have been once for a day trip to Magic Kingdom but this is the big trip for us. This is our 2 week itinerary and we are staying at Beach Club Villas 10/4-10/11 and Bay Lake Tower 10/11-10/19. It is loosely done because I would like to have the option to change what park we visit in the morning or come back and rest in the afternoons. However the night parks will stay because of dinner reservations.

10/4 Arrive Saturday afternoon to unpack and Mickeys's Backyard BBQ 6:30pm. Watch Wishes from beach. (Still unsure about MBBBQ because of the reviews.)
10/5 AK with Tusker House 8am then EPCOT with Akushus Royal Banquet 7:30-8pm. Illuminations after dinner.
10/6 EPCOT with Teppan Edo 6:30-7pm. Illuminations after dinner.
10/7 MK with Ohanas 7:30-8pm. Watch Wishes from beach.
10/8 Break Day. Downtown Disney and Cirque du Soleil
10/9 HS with Hollywood & Vine 11am (Fantasmic Package).
10/10 Typhoon Lagoon with Garden Grove 7:30-8pm (Any thoughts on Garden Grove vs. Cape May Cafe?)
10/11 Break Day and change resorts. My husband will play golf and the girls and I will visit MK for BB Boutique. Chef Mickey's 5pm then Chip N Dale's Campfire at 8pm.
10/12 MK with Cinderella's Royal Table 8am and 1900 Park Fare at 5:30-6pm. We will definitely rest this afternoon till dinner and go back to MK for extended hours. This is the only extended hours we will utilize probably.
10/13 Break day then HS for one last Fantasmic show.
10/14 Blizzard Beach and Spirit of Aloha at 8pm.
10/15 MK for early afternoon and Blue Man Group 8pm.
10/16 Break day for morning with 1900 Park Fare 9-10am and Be Our Guest at 4:30pm before MNSSHP.
10/17 Break Day in morning and EPCOT at night for Restaurant Marrakesh 7:30pm. Illuminations after dinner.
10/18 Break Day
10/19 Ohanas w/Lilo & Stitch 7:30am then drive home.

We will have season passes so don't need to worry about wasting tickets. I also know that dinner takes 1.5-2 hours so tried to schedule enough time to finish before fireworks/shows start. I gave myself a 30 minute window for dinner reservations because I haven't made them yet and know that the time I want might not be available. We will probably visit more of MK during our Break Days but didn't want to plan too many park visits in advance. Experts please tell me your thoughts......... Thank you.

First off - Congrats! The first trip is so amazing!:lovestruc My family did two weeks for our first trip and then for several trips afterwards. You will get so much done but will get to relax and take things at such a leisurely pace - its great!!:) Both resorts are wonderful!! As far as your plans, I think they look terrific! Happy planning! :goodvibes

Your daughters at the same age as mine. You guys will really enjoy Hollywood and Vine. I'm not quite sure why you would park hop at all if you are staying so long at Disney World. I would try to get a Chef Mickey's breakfast and a Be Our Guest for dinner. I think those are must dos. Just my suggestion. Otherwise I think it looks good. Enjoy your trip!

Looks great to me! I love that you have break days and go with the flow kind of time, makes for a much more relaxed vacation. I notice that you have BBB one day and CRT the next morning. I dont know if you know this or not, probably do and thats why you have it planned this way. But i will tell you just incase you do not. At BBB they spray your hair so well that it will stay forever if you never washed it! plus they will give you the makeup that they use. So take baths before you go that way they can just wash up and not have to wet their hair the next morning and keep their hair for CRT and you can reapply the make up. I was so happy when someone told me about this.
Also if you havent looked into it yet, I am a huge fan of Pirates league. Its really inexpensive compared to BBB. My DD loved BBB it was such a great experience but she still talks about pirates league all the time! They have a girls package and the pirates are so great to the kids when they are making them over and turning them into pirates. They get pirate names and take a pirate oath, they also go into a secret room for treasure and pictures. At the end of the day when all of the pirates are invited back for the little parade and they meet jack sparrow its the cutest thing ever!!pirate:

Thanks everyone. I was unsure about Hollywood & Vine so glad to see a positive review. I wasn't really planning on park hopping a lot. Only if we were board of the park we were at. And I forgot about the Pirates League. I am definitely adding it in.
