Is there usually at least 1 week of Food & Wine left after the Wine & Dine Half Marathon weekend?

My husband is thinking about running the Wine & Dine half in 2017. I see this year (2016) that the Food & Wine festival runs another full week after Wine & Dine. Is that typical? We would go from Saturday before the race (which is Sunday) and leave the following Sunday a week later but we'd want to be there for F&W.

The first few years the festival ended with the race weekend. But it has gone a week past the past couple of years. I would imagine that they will keep the current schedule of a week past the race.
