Is there still no way to link dining reservations for multiple people?

I would like my mom to be able to look over the ADRs I made and check menus easily without me having to send her a list, but I think there's still no way for the dining reservations to be linked to more than one account like at WDW, right?

Correct. It only shows for the person who made the reservation.
