National/Alamo has locations at the Car Care Center (near the Poly/TTC) and the Dolphin. I believe some of the Downtown Disney Hotels have rental desks for other companies.

Thank you! We are visiting family in MArco ISland before driving to WDW, and just want to drop off our car instead of keeping it all week. I appreciate the quick response!

The lady at the Swan is really nice, and from NY (a long time ago), wish I could remember her name...she was great!! She handled our Alamo reservation.
