Is there just a castle tour, instead of riding Forbidden Journey?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm having no luck with the search function. If you are not tall enough to ride FJ, can you walk through the queue without riding? Two out of my three kids will not be tall enough to experience the attraction, and I think my 3rd won't want to ride it, but I know they would all love to see the inside of Hogwarts. Just wondering if this is possible. Thanks!

i have seen many people walk through the line for FJ and exit at the point where riders go onto the ride.

so, it is possible you all could walk through.
you could use the child swap so one of the adults and other child can do the ride.
then switch and you take a turn on the ride with the older child again

Everyone can go through the line. For FJ you exit just before the sorting hat.

Doing the "castle tour" isn't the same as going through the line; we actually did it last trip and felt we saw nothing compared to the line.

Ok. I didn't realize with child swap we could all go thru the queue. That's even better!

It is like that for all the rides at Universal. The child swap room is right at the ride loading platform.
