I saw a preview trailer for a live-action Frozen that's gonna come out later this year. From what I learned about this new Frozen Margot Robbie will play Anna but I cannot remember who will play Elsa and it looks like a neat version of Frozen but the weird thing is there will be a CGI Olaf. I also don't know if it will be a musical because they didn't mention songs in it

Nothing on Margot Robbie's IMDB indicates anything Frozen - 2025 or later.

The proshot of the West End cast of the Frozen stage musical is going to be released on Disney+ in 2025. The musical does really well - only COVID killed it on Broadway. And Margot is definitely not in that.

I think Moana is going to be the last live-action remake for a while. My understanding is that everything already in production will be completed, but anything in development/pre-production is on hold.

This is untrue and perpetuating a false narrative. AI created trailers are damaging to real artistic work. There is no Frozen Live Action movie being released this year. Period.

Yes, and they are also misleading, as evidenced by the original post. When I see a trailer on YouTube, I check to see where it's from. If it isn't from the studio or a select few other places, it's probably fan made/AI.
