Is there anywhere to check to see if the Skyliner is down or operating?

We will be at the Riviera for the first time and plan to use the Skyliner for both EPCOT and HS. I'm just wondering if there is anywhere to check the status if it's running or not, given that every day there is a threat of t-storms. I would hate to haul to the back of EPCOT to find that it's down and then have to haul all the way to the front of the park to catch a bus back. It would be nice if I could see the status on MDE or somewhere else if possible.

I’m disappointed to tell you that unless something changed recently, the answer is no. That’s probably the most frustrating part of depending on the Skyliner.

People have reported being directed to buses near the IG Skyliner station when it’s down, but it doesn’t seem to be a routine thing.

FWIW, we just got back from WDW and there were at least three occasions where I thought the Skyliner would be down (due to inclement weather) and it was not. I was pleasantly surprised. So fingers crossed you experience the same!

Okay thanks...at least I know there's nowhere to check (seems a simple enough thing to add somewhere on MDE). And good to know that maybe it won't go down as much as I think!
