Is there a store at MK where you can buy princess dresses, or is the only place you can get them at BBB (if you get the deluxe package)?

No, you can buy then at several stores all over WDW. Some Resort shops sell them as well. The shop at Grand Floridian had quite a few last time I was there.

You probably can't get 50 yards at the MK without having an opportunity to buy a princess dress. You might have to go 100 yards in the other parks.

Here are just a few places:

The Emporium on Main Street, Tinkerbell's Treasures right behind the Castle and The Judge's Tent in Toontown.

They all have a lot of dresses to choose from. We have hit them all!

I have seen Jessie (but that may have been for Halloween). They do sell a Buzz costume. The only other one I can think of that is not "frilly" would be Pocohantas.

Yikes! We wore store bought today at SW, "someone" was NOT thrilled. You do know the Marathon is tomorrow and it looks like they start and end at Epcot? right?

You can get them at WDW, but you'll pay a premium. My advice is check disneyshoping.com or Ebay. The only costume I have ever allowed my DD4 to get at the park was her Alice dress bc there were none to be had anywhere else. It was very plain blue/white cotton dress, yet it was still close to $60 at WDW!
