Is there anywhere there are set dates of events and vacations?

Is there a site that tells what dates different parts of the country are on vacation or different events take place ? Thinking of 2007 if that helps , and week before or week after Easter , or 1st week in May. Easter is April 8th in 2007. Trying to avoid large crowds if possible. Thanks

Many desk calendars have dates for Easter and other holidays several years out.

If you are trying to avaoid crowds at WDW, the best strategy is to avoid any time when schools are out....Christmas week, Easter week, Spring Breaks (which vary by school district thoughout all the country, plus colleges so you'll never get a consensus!), Thanskgiving weekend, President's Day weekend and into that week, and the six or seven weeks between Memorial Day and the middle of August.

I hear about the marathoner, cheerleaders, pop warner, etc. Do they have certain times every year or does it change? This past year we were there April l8-21 and the New England states had spring break. Just wondered if this was a set time every year or is it based on Easter breaks? Also the food and wine festival, when is that? Thanks, anyone know?

Pop Warner - @ first week in December
Spring vacation in New England - usually, but not always (see 2004) Easter week
Disney Marathon - @ January 6
Cheerleaders (non-Pop Warner) - @ first week in February\
Food & Wine Festival - @ end of September to middle of November
Flower & Garden Festival - @ mid-April to mid-June, give or take a couple of weeks
New Jersey Teachers Convention - @ end of first full week of November
Winter break in New England - Presidents Day week
