Is there anyway to retreive you Credit with Southwest if you lost the confirmation#??

I got a credit last December when my nephews airfare went down $22 and now I don't have the Confirmation number to retreive that credit. Is there any other way to get my credit without the Conf.#???

I'm sure if you called customer service they can find it. I always have that problem , so now I have a special travel folder for my e-mails and I dump ALL mail pertaining to travel in there and never delete them.

This happened to me too! I just called SW and explained the situation to them. It will be helpful if you remember what credit card you used to pay for the ticket. They just asked for some other information. They were very helpful. In fact I used it for a Ding fare. They took care of the whole thing over the phone for me.
