Is there anyway to change 2008 to 2009 on a design

I have 5 designs from my last trip, my kids loved them, they still wear them now..lol and want the same ones with 2009 on it.
any help would be greatly appreciated!

They are mickey heads.. Rumblytumbly originally made them

The easiest way is to either paint the same color white over the 8 or place a white box shape over the 8 and then with the same font, place the 9 over the area.
