Is there anything you forgot to take to WDW?

I forgot my brush (round blow drying one) and my hair clip. Fortunately, I realize this before we got to WDW because I didn't see anything there and I purchased these at a store in the Orlando airport.

Two things we spent valuable time looking for:
1. Immodium. I keep a few of almost everything you may need in my backpack but low and behold, we spent over an hour in MK lookingfor immodium for DH.

2. A watch battery. You'd think with all the watches sold at Disney they'd sell watch batteries but nope. Tried every small store or gift shop we passed for days and finally gave up when the jewelry store in MK said they weren't allowed to sell them.:confused3

so embarassing.... but i had left ds's underwear behind!!! ack so I had to buy some...took all stores our first two days to find some (that night our hotel, none his size. Grand Floridian, after dinner at 1900 park fare...none in his size. EPcot, finally found some his size. lol $30 later...oh well. Could have been worse!

Aside from the obvious stuff, and blister pads, we bring Polysporin eye drops, you can't get them in the U.S. without a prescription, and my daughter has ended up with "pink eye" more then once, while in Florida. Don't know why, it's not a problem at home, Maybe the pools?

On my first sol trip to the world I forgot to bring sunscreen, it was in January and I hadn't thought of it. I ended up buying a bottle in DAK.

When i returned for my next trip I left the same bottle in my hotel room before boarding the Disney Wonder. So I had to but some on there.

I forgot my Diabetes Medication...Yes I am an idiot. Couldn't get it shipped down due to US customs. Couldn't get the prescription faxed to WalGreens unless my doctor had privileges in the US. Ended up having to go to a walk in clinic, Pay $200 to get them to write me a prescription which cost me $20. Wow. I remembered everything else, had meds prepped for the next morning and every bottle went in my bag, except for the really really important one. Life Lesson.

No. I always overpack. I would make a good contestant on Let's Make a Deal:rotfl:

After my son got a very bad rash from washing his clothes with Tide because that was the only detergent available at the hotel (not in WDW, on the road), I will never travel without Benadryl and a couple of samples of baby detergent for his clothes!

This isnt something I technically forgot, just something I didnt think of bringing. Last time we were at Disney I had to buy cough drops and cold medicine and it ended up costing us around $15. I think the change in temperature and sleeping in an air conditioned room (which I'm not used to) made me sick. Luckily it only last for two days and I was good for the rest of the trip. When we go in June I will for sure bring some of that stuff with us plus other stuff that we probably wont need but ya never know. ;)
