Is there anything that could help us DCP hopefuls with the WBI?

I've found plenty on the phone interview, but not quite as much help for the WBI. Does anyone have any links for advice, or even practice questions?

Thanks!

It's literally just like any job application interview online quiz. It's not hard, but just put what you think that they would want you to put, not what you actually would say LOL. Its a lot of agree----disagree.

The WBI is the same for the other Disney jobs. I had to do it for my Disney Store job. Simple and straight forward. Don't stress over that part. Focus on the phone interview.

Agreed with what was said above. It's very straightforward, I know I freaked out about it and wound up not needing to at all. Answer strongly and honestly, don't let the timed aspect of it scare you (don't take too much time either, but just don't freak out and not answer what you wanted to because of time). It's questions about yourself and what you would do in certain situations, and think about if you were in Disney, how you'd treat a situation. Just don't worry too much about it!!

Be consistent with your answers. Here's an example:

1. I am never late
2. I am sometimes late
3. Often I am late

This is basically the same questions just worded differently.
They are looking for consistency so your answers should look like this...

1. Strongly agree
2. Strongly disagree
3. Strongly disagree

Be sure that your answers match up. It's easy
Hope this helps!

I passed my WBI last year. I don't know how consistent my answers were, but I definitely put down what they wanted to hear. In my mind (so take with a grain of salt), extreme answers are the best, neutral are the worst.
