Is there anything sweeter than the sound of a baby laughing?

It just makes my day! Matty is almost 16 weeks now and really developing a great personality. He has the BEST laugh! It could be the worst day ever and then I hear that laugh and everything is O.K. again! He sticks his tongue out at us now too- thinks he's a funny guy! LOL I'm blessed.

Everytime my youngest laughs when we are out and about, people around us with grouchy faces start smiling these huge smiles.

I'll never forget a teenage boy walking near us started grinning from ear to ear when my son started giggling. It was priceless.

Pam, glad I brought back some special memories! One of the things that helped me through the sleepless nights was knowing that one night he wouldn't need that feeding(s) and I would probably miss it! LOL Whatever gets you through it, right? But I do have to tell you that I was just saying to my Dh that I can't wait for the day they are grown(as yours are) and I can get my big hugs from those big arms! Can you tell they are Mamma's boys? LOL Love them more than anything ALTHOUGH DS(5) was driving me nuts ALL day! Sometimes I love bedtime too! LOL

I agree! Childrens laughs are wonderful. My son is 1 1/2 and giggles so much and walks around all day saying "mommy!" that is the word for everything now'a days! They grow up too fast! My daughter is almost 5 and I tell her, "I am going to shrink you back into baby size!!!" HAHA

No there is nothing sweeter but sometimes those big wet kisses and a hug sure do come close!

It's the best! I was trying to nurse Paul tonight before dinner, but he just kept looking up at me and giggling. I would have gotten frustrated with him if it weren't so darn adorable! I don't have a chance when he looks at me and grins like that. Sometimes he just gets really tickled, and I have to wonder what on earth he thinks is so funny!

There is nothing like it. I noticed recently that my DS (2) now sounds like Snoopy when he really gets laughing hard. It's so cute.

Oh I love hearing the giggles from my kiddies. DS is 10mo and now he's clapping hands and doing all kinds of things that put a huge smile on my face.
I do love when DD almost 6yo hugs and kisses me and calls me mommy. They bring me so much joy!
