Is there any way to turn the heat on?

I'm over at Pop Century this week and I'm one of those unusual people who can't sleep in a cold room. I turned up the thermostat to 78 6 hours ago and the temperature dropped from 72 to 71. Way too cold for me to sleep.

So is there a way to turn the heat on?

Or "whatever" services - the button on the phone that replaced Housekeeping and Maintenance and what-all.

It did finally get to 76 overnight. I suspect turning up the thermostat just turns off the AC. I can live with 76.

Thanks for the suggestions to check with the front desk. I didn't really want to worry about a maintenance crew coming over and dealing with that last night so I didn't call.
