Is there any way to see all the online registration options beforehand?

As a second time cruiser, I am able to use my castaway club online registration window for the 1st time this fall. Does anyone know of any websites have pictures of the pages or videos showing how to use the registration? I would just like to be able to see all that is out there before the actual deadline day if at all possible.

Until your Online Check In Date, you won't be able to view available excursions, on board bookings ie. Palo, Spa, group activities. Once you're able to check in online all those will be available to view on the website. If you mean the actual Online Check In procedure once your date arrives it's pretty straight forward and simple, you will need some things in advance, travel information, passport info, info for special requests, flight info (especially if you're using any Disney related transfers). You can go to the Disney Cruise website and get information about available activities and services you can book when you do check in such as the spa services or adult services like Palo etc and then make your plans from there. Each ship is different so explore the site to make sure you learn all you can about the ship you're sailing on and what you might be interested in booking, so you can plan on doing it when you do your online registration check in.
