We have Allianz for our European cruise for this summer... ok, so very doubtful it will be happening... but when I asked them about COVID, they were very helpful. If someone is sick, for any reason, including COVID, and cannot travel and a doctor states they should not, we get reimbursed and insurance will cover it. They will not cover cancellations due to COVID- but Disney will refund. Most airlines are working with people. So I guess it depends on what you want covered by COVID.
