Is there any reason to get DAS for more than one person in a party?

I have a DD who has both physical and cognitive impairments and we plan on getting a DAS for her.

I have another DD who has recently developed a medical condition (hopefully temporary, but we don't have a firm diagnosis yet) which I think would probably also qualify her for a DAS. I know it's possible for more than one person in a party to have a DAS, but if one person already has a DAS, is there any reason to get a second one?

So, for example, one LOVES Space Mountain, but the other doesn't. Would she be able to use the DAS for that while the other DD uses it for the Mad Tea Party. Since we'd all be connected, would we all be able to go on the teacups and then only those interested go on Space Mountain (assuming, of course, the times don't overlap)?

Both can get a different return time but since everyone can only have one return time, every person in the party would have to pick whether to be attached to the DAS for Space OR the one for Teacups. If everyone wants to ride both then you would have to get a rt for one, use it and then get a rt for the other.

So, no, you could not do what you propose in the above scenario.

the 'extra' guests may only be attached to one DAS return time at a time. so no your other party members cannot do both rides unless they have a FP in their own right.
