Is there any "live" tapings of shows we can see?

My wife and I and 14 year old son were thinking about breaking up our 5 day trip to DL.


Is there any shows that we can see the filming of at the end of April that teenagers are allowed in?

I'm not familiar with what's on television as the only shows I watch are football and the food network.

Any suggestions appreciated!
