Is there any interest in a "How to pick a DSLR" thread?

I notice that there is a brief one on a PnS.

I can write up something in general. I am a Canon guy (totally amatuer) so I can present that side. Maybe someone from the Nikon, Olympus, Sony/Minolta, Pentax groups would want to add as well?

Thoughts?

I keep seeing threads asking for advice. Plus, with the holiday season coming up, I figure that there will be a lot of people looking for information on Christmas presents.

I think it would be good as long as it's kept generic about helping people identify what's out there and what features they might like, as opposed to which camera or brand is "better" (in which case we'd need lots of )
