Is there any hope at all Toy Story Land will have a DVC preview?

We booked a last minute trip after our cruise on June 16th. Will be in the world June 23-27. Hoping a last minute preview is offered for DVC.

Has anyone heard anything?

Sounds like they are working very hard just to open on 6/30, so I do not think there will be any previews at all. But there might be (should be) a soft opening so there's still hope you could at least see it that week. Good luck!

I hope they have some kind of soft opening or preview. We will be there from June 18-30 but the morning of the 30th we are going to miami so won't be able to make the grand opening.

Agree. They will open the gates to guests at some point prior to the 30th for testing & training purposes. But it's unlikely that we'll see any pre-scheduled events. Just not enough time. A few lucky guests who happen to be in the right place at the right time will get to experience.

I feel like they did previews for Pandora because it was a new ride system and they were testing/ working out the kinks. Both rides in TSL are off-the-shelf amusement rides from third party manufacturers.

Frankly, I’m hoping they aren’t delayed opening as we have multiple FP booked for week of 7/1

Would think they’d have info in place within 2 weeks if they are going to offer an email system as they did with Pandora.

i will be insanely surprised if disney has a soft-opening for toy story land considering they were pretty far behind a few months ago.

i havent heard any news about anything in TSL besides the rollercoaster lmao

I think they’ll need every day. However, in the past, they have sort of done this “impromptu” preview for guests in general. People would walk by and they’d usher about 100 people in at a time to tour it and ride rides. Does help us Dvc or AP but wouldn’t be surprised if they do the same here.
