Is there any free wifi in DL park or in DTD?

Generally, no not in the parks. Sometimes in DC if you're close to the Grand Californian hotel you might pick up their wifi, but the parks themselves don't have any.

I think Starbucks in DTD might have wifi but I'm sure they have limits ro how long you can used it. I'm never there long enough to find out.

At World of Disney at DTD you can pick up free WIFI, but its spotty.. and my husband said that everytime we went anywhere near Grand Hotel inside the park this April he could pick up WIFI .. but I never checked. too busy getting on GRR..lol

As others have said, I generally haven't found any consistent free wi-fi within the parks. As mentioned, the only fairly consistent location is near Grizzly River Rapids because you can pick-up the GCH's wi-fi- signal. I suspect the same things goes for WoD and other DTD locations that are near to the GCH (not counting Starbucks, which provides wi-fi). Otherwise, there isn't any consistent wi-fi in the park (you may occasionally come across another guest's local hotspot, but that's about it).

Wow so glad I saw this! I just assumed they were like WDW and had it in the parks. Whoops!
We're coming from Canada so we won't have data while there - guess I will be printing out my touring plans after all. Thanks for the heads up!

I've tried to pick up GCH wifi when near the park entrance and never been able to. You'd think by now, Disney could get some company to sponsor it. I'd like to be able to check line info while in the parks but with just an itouch and no smart phone, I can't. I have to say I did like that about WDW.

Fellow Canadian here . For our trip this past April I bought a data package thru my carrier (FIDO). It was not overly expensive and we didn' t come even close to maxing it out. It was nice to have so you could check ride wait times etc...
