Is there an off-site with good Epcot transportation?

I've been thinking about going to the Food & Wine Festival. Since neither an AP or FL resident discount has appeared for October and November, I'm debating staying off-site. But I want to be able to attend mixology and beverage seminars, so I need a good way to get to-and-from Epcot without driving myself.

I have been researching Swan and Dolphin but I'd like to find something less expensive.
