Is there an FAQ on Disney Gift Cards?

Just curious if there's an FAQ on using Disney Gift Cards, did a search but didn't see one in results.

I have an idea to buy Disney Gift Cards from my grocery store (getting grocery store points for fuel discounts) and also getting a larger cashback on my credit card than I would just charging directly at WDW. But I want to see if there's any info on what can and can't be bought with a Disney Gift Card.
