Is there an annual increase to the cost of the DDP?

If so, what time of year are these increases usually announced?

Your guess is as good as anyone's. Until last year, they were usually made at the end of the year for the following year. Last year, an increase came out around Aug/Sep and then another increase just came about a month ago. So now there is no rhyme or reason to the timing of the increases.
